Ted Picture Ted Barnett was educated at Taylor University in Computer Graphic Design and Systems Development.  He began freelance web design work in 2000.  He has worked in a variety of different contexts but most of all enjoys working with non-profit organizations.  Ted is an experienced XHTML, CSS, and PHP developer and loves working with Joomla CMS.  He started Contemplate Design in 2004.
