Almost every project we do from blogs to community sites has need for a flexible Instagram grid to include on a site. We’ve run through the gamut of testing free and paid Instagram plugins for WordPress but none have compared to InstaShow found on Code Canyon. With InstaShow you can create any combination of Instagram grids for your unique use case. We found this plugin so helpful and easy to setup that it’s a no-brainer for the cost.

The two Instagram layout styles, grid & slider, are completely customizable in terms of padding between images, columns, rows, color schema, etc. making it easily able to fit in with your site’s style. The sliding & load more animations are so smooth and we’ve never had them conflict with other plugins on the site.

This plugin is loaded with features but by far the biggest win is it’s ability to pull images from unlimited sources. Multiple #hashtags, @usernames, and locations can be combined in one grid. Also any grid can be filtered by those same sources which is extremely helpful to keeping off topic posts and bad actors out of your Instagram feed on your site.

We’ve loved using InstaShow Instagram feed on numerous sites to pull in influencers’ Instagram Feeds, or on book sites to pull in fan posts, or for non-profit campaigns to pull in those supporting their movement… the use cases are endless. One thing is for sure we haven’t had to look elsewhere for a WordPress Instagram grid plugin since we found InstaShow. We hope you find it as useful as we do!
